To ensure timely processing, please make sure to submit your cancellation request before your prescription or refill is processed and submitted to the pharmacy. We recommend doing so at least two full calendar days before your next scheduled processing date, as we’re unable to cancel or modify prescriptions once they’ve been submitted.
Any cancellation requests received after this window will be applied to the following processing cycle to ensure a smooth transition.
