Semaglutide and Tirzepatide work best if taken consistently over time. However, we understand that there are certain circumstances when you may not be ready for a refill.
If your refill has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting the Care Team to let them know you would like to cancel your refill order.
Once an order has been canceled, please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process and post the refund back to your original form of payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Action must be taken before shipment of your order, as we cannot cancel or refund orders once they have been shipped from our pharmacy. We are also not able to accept returns of prescription medications. This policy is in line with standard procedures for brick-and-mortar pharmacies.
