How long will it take to receive my order?

From approval to delivery, here’s what to expect. Most patients receive their medication within 7 days of approval.


Step 1: Doctor approval (within 24 hours)

A US-licensed physician reviews your health history and goals and, if appropriate, approves your treatment and prescription.

You’ll receive a message as soon as your plan is approved and ready to move forward.


Step 2: Prescription processing (about 1 day)

After your treatment is approved, your doctor sends your prescription to one of our partner pharmacies for processing. During this time, your order details are confirmed and payment is processed.

You’ll receive confirmation once this step is complete and your prescription has been sent to the pharmacy.


Step 3: Pharmacy fulfillment (2-4 business days)

Next, your medication is prepared by trusted U.S. pharmacy partners, with strict quality standards and ongoing oversight.


Step 4: Shipped and on the way (2 days)

Your treatment ships with fast, reliable delivery.

You’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.


Step 5: Receive your medication

Your treatment arrives in discreet packaging for privacy.

Step 6: Access continued care

Your care doesn’t stop at delivery. With Willow, you have unlimited doctor messaging and 24/7 access to our Patient Care Services Team, included with your treatment.


Overall timing

Most patients receive their medication within 7 days of approval.

You’ll receive updates at each step along the way so you always know what’s happening.
