Once your Willow doctor has verified your identity, reviewed your medical history, and written a prescription(s) for you, your order will be transferred to our Willow pharmacy.

Once our pharmacy receives your prescription(s), there is a mandatory 24-hour waiting period to allow for cancelations or changes to your treatment plan. It will then take the pharmacy 5-7 business days to prepare and ship your order.
Shipments to home addresses are delivered via FedEx and may take up to 2-3 days to arrive once shipped.

Shipments to PO boxes are delivered via USPS and may take up to 3-5 days to arrive once shipped.
