Once your Willow doctor has verified your identity, reviewed your medical history, and written a prescription(s) for you, your order will be transferred to our Willow pharmacy.
It will then take the pharmacy 2–4 business days to prepare and ship your order, depending on your medication.
Shipments to home addresses are delivered via FedEx or UPS and may take up to 2-3 days to arrive once shipped.
In rare cases of high volume, this timeframe may extend longer than expected. If this happens, or if you have any follow-up questions, please contact our Patient Services team. We are always happy to help!
