Willow doesn't directly work with insurance companies, and we don't bill your insurance provider for you.
However, many of our patients use HSA/FSA accounts or are reimbursed by their insurance provider for their Semaglutide and Tirzepatide expenses.
Please be aware that Willow is not able to provide any additional documentation or information requested by insurance companies beyond what is included in the specialized HSA/FSA receipts.
You can now download your HSA Receipt directly through your Patient Dashboard.
Here’s how to access it:
Log in to your Patient Portal here: https://app.startwillow.com/dashboard
Click on the drop-down menu under your name in the top right corner and select Insurance
Click on “Download” next to the HSA Receipt option
Select the year and click on “Download Receipt”
