Willow doesn't directly work with insurance companies, and we don't bill your insurance provider for you.
However, many of our patients use HSA/FSA accounts or are reimbursed by their insurance provider for their Semaglutide and Tirzepatide expenses.
Please be aware that Willow is not able to provide any additional documentation or information requested by insurance companies beyond what is included in the specialized HSA/FSA receipts.
You can now download your HSA Receipt directly through your Patient Dashboard.

Log in to your Patient Dashboard: https://app.startwillow.com/dashboard
Click Treatments in the left-side menu
Select the prescription you need documentation for
On that prescription's page, look under Documents to download the Receipt
